All products are shipped by Australia Post for both Australian and International deliveries
All ORDER CAN BE TRACKED
You will be sent a tracking number when we process your order, and you can track your order from your phone or PC so you know when it will arrive.
POST WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE Postage for orders over $50.00
Or Standard post is charged a flat rate of $8.00
Or Express post is available for $15.00
Standard post is taking 2 to 7 days as APost is struggling
Express Post takes 2 -3 days if your in metro areas
POST OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Wrong size Exchange
If you have purchased the wrong size we will exchange to a different size free of charge, if its within 7 days of your order & if the product hasn’t been worn or damaged
You MUST keep all tags and original packaging so we can resell the product. Please contact us via email@example.com
with your order number and the size you require and we will confirm by return email if we have the size and where to return the product to.
You will be required to pay the return freight of $8
Damaged Product Return
If an item is damaged or there is a problem with the manufacturing of the item, a refund will be provided.
To initiate a return for refund, Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
and include the order number, item name and reason for return and you will be provided with further details.
Please make sure you keep all the tags and packaging and return it with the product.
Returns must be received by us within 7 days from date of purchase for Australian customers and 21 days for International customers.
All refunds for orders are credited back to the original credit card, bank account, AfterPay or PayPal account from which the order was purchased.
Any return received that is not in original condition or without the original packaging will not be credited.
