By ticking the box and clicking Place Order on the confirm order page, I hereby jointly and severally agree to Lets Dress Up Terms and Conditions listed here, our Terms of Service and guarantee prompt payment of any and all accounts for goods purchased from Lets Dress Up, I understand this guarantee binds me personally and Im responsible for the payment together with any legal or out of pocket expenses associated with the collection of any outstanding monies due to unpaid accounts. 

RETURNS AND CREDITS

A credit for damaged goods is to be applied for by email to hello@letsdressup.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods, giving full details of damages. Lets Dress Up will upon receipt of written application notify the applicant of the proposed outcome.

Please note credits will not be accepted after the 14 day period & if the product has been placed on sale in store with pricing stickers

Credits can be issued for manufacturer’s fault not change of mind

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

When full payment is not received by the expiry of the approved credit payment period then overdue accounts may incur a Fee. Fees include interest charged at 5% per month backdated to the invoice date.  Lets Dress Up can add these overdue fees and cancel your 30 day account at their discretion.

Under (section 18 E (8)(C) Privacy Act 1988) Lets Dress Up is a credit provider to you and has the right to give limited information about you and your business to a credit reporting agency for accounts overdue by more than 60 days. Where in the opinion of Lets Dress Up you have committed serious credit infringement, credit provided to you will be revoked and the appropriate authorities notified.
